He has more than 20 years of experience in management and consulting, developing strategically differentiated HR functions that can bring value to their business. Robert has worked across industries and has led People & Change projects that have focused on behavioral change management, organization design and development, optimization of the HR function, leadership and talent development, and performance improvements through people. In addition, Robert has developed and successfully deployed methodologies designed to configure the HR function to drive strategic value add metrics. Robert was named HR Consultant of the Year in 2011 by Management Consultancy Association (UK).
