Christine works as an international facilitator, trainer and coach in the field of organisational change, innovation and leadership. As head of her organisation Facilitate U she helps people and organizations reach their full potential and shape the world in a responsible and sustainable way. She has experience working with leaders, multi-cultural teams and organizations from across the globe and across all sectors. In her work she helps them in effectively co-creating new futures together including the facilitation of transformational change processes and innovative, cross-cultural and value-oriented leadership development. For several years Christine worked as an internal senior project manager for organisational development (OD) for InWEnt – Capacity Building International, an organisation with worldwide operations focusing on Capacity and Human Resources Development as well as on high-ranking policy dialogues in international cooperation. As an internal change manager she was been responsible for several large-scale change and post-merger integration processes, strategic conferences for the top and middle management and designed and conducted several trainings in the field of HR and change management. Before joining InWEnt she worked as an OD consultant and facilitator in the profit and non-profit sector with a specific interest in large group change processes and multi-stakeholder dialogue approaches. Christine is a founding member and chairperson of the German Association of Facilitators of the International Association of Facilitators (www.iaf-germany.org) dedicated to improve the quality of process consulting and facilitation. In her free time, Christine works as a guest lecturer for the international MA-Programme in “Global Change Management” of the FH Eberswalde, for the MA-Programme in “Public Policy” of the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance and for the Systemic Coaching Curriculum of the Akademie für wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung of the University of Education Heidelberg.
