Nancy founded Culture Zone in 2000. Prior to Culture Zone, she worked in senior organisation development roles in the media, FMCGs and professional services. Her experience includes managing the people strategy through multiple mergers and acquisitions, building and implementing learning organisations and creating great company cultures. She has a BA (psychology and IR) and a Masters in Business (employee relations and organisation development). Nancy has worked over the years on significant culture transformation programs and coaches a number of CEO’s and senior executives on how to move from current to desired state for cultures to support business performance. She believes in the philosophy of speaking the truth in organisations to enable change, which can be uncomfortable but ultimately transforming.
