Dr Paresha Sinha is a Senior Lecturer in International Management. She obtained her Ph.D. in Management from the Victoria University of Wellington. Her experience includes serving as a consultant and corporate trainer to Indian Public sector firms and MNCs in the manufacturing and chemical industries. In addition, she has worked as a corporate officer for one of the largest chemical complexes of its kind in Asia. Her research interests cover the broad topic of organisational leadership and focus on CEO image and identity and the co-construction of charismatic and destructive leader-follower relationships. She also researches international entrepreneurship in family firms and the strategies and legitimation during international mergers and acquisitions.
