Anna Kayes (Ed D) is a professor of management at Stevenson University in Baltimore Maryland. Her background is in human resource consulting and executive leadership development. Her experience working with private and public sector leadership teams form the basis of the book, written with her husband and co-author, The Learning Advantage: Six Practices of Learning Directed Leadership. Other research has appeared in the Journal of Managerial Psychology and the Journal of Management Education.
