I strongly believe that we are living a special moment as humanity. Over the last few years, I have met many people thinking, feeling and acting differently. They are following new rules, new ways to connect themselves, and new ways to live. I observe a transformation in the world. There is still a lot to do, but we are living in a wonderful time. The ground is ready, and the tipping point of the shift in consciousness is here and every one of us just needs to be open to “listen” to the call. Ecosynomics and Harmonic Vibrancy can speed up this shift in consciousness of humanity through naming the “movement” and connecting people living this way in a world community where the possibilities of what can be done will be infinite. For the last 16 years I have worked as a strategy consultant with a wide variety of organizations (business, not-for-profit, government, communities), and as an instructor in management skills, such as strategic design, leadership, team building, and conflict resolution. I have also facilitated dialogs, in small groups and large, and focused on generating strong community. A few years ago I started to help people explore new ways to do things in collectives, and I became a partner with them in their exploration and experiments. Mostly recently I began a formal exploration and descriptive research of how Harmonic Vibrancy manifests in organizations in Mexico. I play with my two beautiful kids (Quique and Isa) and learn with them new possibilities of how to look at the world. I spend quality time with Conrado, and since our kids are still very young, it takes an act of will to make a conscious space for this! I am very involved in my kids’ school and in groups of families engaging in collaborative community work.
