Dori Digenti is President and founder of Learning Mastery, an education and consulting firm focusing on collaboration and learning. Prior to Learning Mastery, Digenti held positions as Director of Training and Special Executive Programs at MIT, and Far East Regional Manager for Clearpoint Research Corporation, a high-tech Massachusetts firm. Dori has written extensively on organizational learning issues. She has led seminars on business strategy and learning at 3M, IBM, Ford Motor Company, Digital Equipment, Ingersol-Rand, The Pentagon, Army Research Laboratory, MIT, University of New Mexico, and others.Dori has an M.S. degree in Organization Development from American University, and a B.A. in Archaeology/Anthropology from Cornell University. She is a member of the Society for Organizational Learning, the Massachusetts Bay OD Learning Group, and the American University/NTL Alumni Association.
