Ginny Wiley is a systems thinking educator, facilitator and consultant. Prior to joining The Systems Thinking Collaborative, she was president of Pegasus Communications, an organization which provides tools, resources, networking opportunities, and gatherings for all kinds of organizations (business – small to large, government, not-for-profit, education) to address their most complex and challenging problems. She now serves on several boards which promote systems thinking and organizational learning. Prior to Pegasus, Ginny was a systems thinking trainer and consultant; clients included Motorola, CP Rail, New Belgium Brewery, Minnesota Department of Transportation, among others. She has led numerous training sessions and has keynoted. Her passion is to to bring the power of systems thinking, both as a philosophy/way of life AND as a tool, to teams and organizations. She has an MBA from Northeastern University.
