Jordi Trullen

Jordi Trullen is an Associate Professor in the Department of People Management and Organization at ESADE Business School, where he teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management. Before joining ESADE, Jordi pursued a PhD in Organization Studies at Boston College.
Jordi’s current research focuses on the effective implementation of new HR practices within organizations and the role that different actors (line managers, employees, HR departments, and CEOs) may play in that process. In the past, he also studied the implementation of new management practices in other areas such as higher education. Jordi¿s research interests also include topics on comparative and international HRM, as well as HR innovation around the management of older employees.
His research has appeared in a variety of journal outlets, such as International Journal of Manpower, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and Journal of Business Research.
