My goal is to help learners achieve their goals. I do that through teaching/facilitating learning in the Adult and Higher Education program at UCO. Some of the classes: Adult Learners, Applied Research, Transformative Learning, Managing Adult Education Programs, and the Organization and Administration of Higher Education. I also teach some in our Leadership Program here – Creativity in Leadership and Critical Thinking for Leaders, and Change and Leadership.
