Lauren Keller Johnson

Author

Laurie’s work covers multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, consumer products and transportation. With a focus on helping clients promote their thought leadership, she writes often about a broad range of business topics, including human resources, finance, marketing, customer service technology and logistics. As the founder and principal of Ghost in the Machine (a division of Kilo Consulting LLC) her work runs the gamut from books to video scripts – and everything in between. She earned a B.S. in psychology from the University of New Hampshire (which helps her collaborate with deadline-stressed clients!) and an M.A. in technical and professional writing from Northeastern University. When Laurie isn’t writing, she’s tending to the animals on her hobby farm, flying with her pilot husband, or binge-watching her way through the latest great TV series.
